Prism Engineering PC is led by its founder and President, David J. Fleming, P.E., a recognized authority in large-scale development design and permitting with more than 40 years of experience in the tri-state area. Vice Presidents Jesse D. Dougherty, P.E., and Craig W. Harris each bring over 25 years of experience, contributing expertise in site construction, engineering implementation, efficient site layout, and cost-conscious design. Senior engineers David J. Domen, P.E., and Kyle R. Humphreys, P.E., add deep experience in stormwater management, land development design, and regulatory coordination.

Collectively, the leadership team has overseen the design and permitting of numerous large-scale projects, including more than 75 million square feet of warehouse and manufacturing facilities, as well as data centers, hospitals, college campuses, commercial developments, solar arrays, and complex infrastructure projects.
